Roger: She's at the beach

Sam: The beach?

Roger: Yeah, haven't you heard? She passed her exam to get into medical school, so she's celebrating by heading to the beach. She must feel on top of the world. 

Sam: Yeah, I would too.

*「とても幸せな」という意味です。日本語でも「天にも昇るような幸せな気持ち」という表現に似ていますね。

サム「ケイトはどこ？」
ロージャー「彼女はビーチだよ。」
サム「ビーチ？」
ロージャー「うん。聞いてないの？彼女は医学部に受かって、それを祝って海に行ったのさ。きっと天にも昇るような幸せな気分に違いないさ。」
サム「うん、そう思うよ」
